Purchasers were out in force on Saturday 9 September, to date with over $20 million worth of luxury apartment sales at Pure Hampton.

Pure Hampton, is situated on the corner of Small Street and Railway Crescent, ideally located with beach, shops and train station all within two minutes' walk. The project also includes a street-level retail outlet, likely to be a café.

The four-storey project is designed by award-winning integrated architecture and interior design practice Plus Architecture for developer Alpha 14 Property Group, which specialise in delivering high quality residential developments in Melbourne’s sought-after suburbs.
